Due to license issues about the microcode you need to obtain the
windows driver package from
ftp://ftp.visiontech-dml.com/pub/Win9x/KFir/KFirAppVersion4.23/KFirApp4-23_9x.zip

The releases here are really old, please check CVS for newer versions.
