Hi Paul,

i had the same problem, but fixed it with the following "manual" patch:

in <path-to-dvb-sources>/driver/dvb.h you will find:

#if LINUX_VERSION_CODE > 0x020300
#include <linux/devfs_fs_kernel.h>
#endif

i modified it this way:

#if LINUX_VERSION_CODE > 0x020300
#ifdef CONFIG_DEVFS_FS
#include <linux/devfs_fs_kernel.h>
#endif
#endif

after these changes, it compiled right out of the box.

The problem is: i have no idea, if this is right way to do it!
