[linux-dvb] latest CVS version

Hi,

the current CVS version should fix several problems.

Tuning with the new card version 2.1 works without problems for me
now. The main problem was that the new demodulator seems to deliver
really confusing data to the MPEG decoder when it is not locked to a
signal. The whole hardware demuxer could then behave erratically or
crash.

Infra-red support will also follow shortly. I never got it to work
with my old card + IR receiver on CI-module. With the new card it
worked right away. Looks like the old IR receiver is broken ...

The "tuning" problem with the old card is also fixed (actually it already
was in the CVS version a few days ago).
The real problem here were PAT/PMT filters in the firmware which
hung up the section filter IRQ handler in the firmware.
The driver seemed to hang in the DiSEqC function because this was the
next command to the firmware (which already crashed).
