[linux-dvb] device or resource busy ?!?

hi all.

tried to update/reinstall my vdr-machine today with a fresh suse 7.2 
and the latest drivers and vdr version - failed ;-(

. installed a clean suse 7.2 minimal system
. got latest driver 0.9-20010618
. got latest vdr 0.82
. made driver, insmod - ntv appears
. made vdr
. execute vdr, blank screen appears and nothing happens till ctrl-c

messagelog shows:

tried the current cvs driver, recompile, etc - no luck.

somebody got a hint for me, please ?

system:
suse 7.2 kernel 2.4.4 4GB
pII300, bx board, classic hauppauge dvb-s
