When you talk about "constellation diagrams" I guess that you are an expert
and I don't interpret your first question as "what is a QPSK demodulator"
but as "where can I get more information about it" ;-)

I am rather new to this list. Can anyone tell me what is the QPSK
demodulator chip used, where to get datasheets and if I/Q-samples are
available from the chip in order to show a constellation diagram and to
evaluate the signal quality from it.
