After some month of doing nothing i worked the last 3 days on master-timer
again

- New Config-Fileformat for torecord (With Converter)
- Deepblack has EXACT same features/fileformat as torecord (The same pice
  of code is now used to parse the file and the same pice of code is used
  to decide if something is for recording/blacklisting) 
  (On pub demand (Guido))
- New Config-Options
  - lifetime (On public demand (Axel/Guido)
  - minlength (Minimum length with postfix "m" for minutes and "h" for
    hours)
  - maxlength
  - weekday (VDR-Format "-------" anything other that "-" means "this day
    is ok"
  - Title/Subtitle/Description can be provided any number of times
    (You should enter a timertitle in this cases!)
    (Only one has to match!)
  - A "Magic" "MOVIE" for Subtitle (This matches a subtitle against
    "subtitle-movie" (And "!MOVIE" for exact opposite)
- Now the "description"-field is also coded into the timer
  (On public demand (Axel/Guido))
