[linux-dvb] alsa driver and ac3dec

Hello,

I installed the alsa-driver-09beta5
After starting modprobe snd-card-emu10k1 I got this error message

Note: /etc/modules.conf is more recent than /lib/modules/2.4.4/modules.dep

/lib/modules/2.4.4/misc/snd-card-emu10k1.o: insmod /lib/modules/2.4.4/misc/snd-card-emu10k1.o failed
/lib/modules/2.4.4/misc/snd-card-emu10k1.o: insmod snd-card-emu10k1 failed
Hint: insmod errors can be caused by incorrect module parameters, including invalid IO or IRQ parameters

What are the reasons for?

Point 2:

I didn't found the ac3dec of alsa yet. Can anybody tell me exactly where to find?
I had looked for it in the packages "driver" "lib" and "utils".
