[linux-dvb] Problems inserting module dvb.o

Hi,

I've got a problem with the driver.  After successful compilation I do a
make insmod. When the driver module dvb.o is inserted I receive the error
message:

dvb.o: unresolved symbol kernel_flag

I try to use the card under Red Hat 7.1 Kernel 2.4.3.
