You need to create the same directory/file structure as the original
recording had, for example

/video
/video/nano
/video/nano/2001-07-17.18:28.10.05.rec
/video/nano/2001-07-17.18:28.10.05.rec/index.vdr
/video/nano/2001-07-17.18:28.10.05.rec/001.vdr

Unless the files are stored in a directory that follows this
structure, the recording won't appear in VDR's "Recordings" menu.
