[linux-dvb] Requirement List, Time Estimates, Design Documents

Is there any information on the current list of requirements and
corresponding time estimates in the project ?
This would be helpful when you think on contributing to the project and
would like to choose an appropriate working package.

Where can I find software requirement specifications, design specifications
or similar documents ?
