Do have any idea why?
The system is running without a negative log-entry since yesterday 22:00.

Maybe I should let you know the configuration? K6-III/400 with 2 dvb-s (1
old / 1 new).
The soft is: vdr-0.84 without patches, driver 0.9x from 2001-07-24.

I use your script- with absolute paths:
DVBDIR="/usr/local/src/DVB/driver" and
VDRPRG="/usr/local/bin/vdr"
- but I guess that's not the problem....

As I found in another message- my hd isn't running with dma. I'll try this
first.
