[linux-dvb] Re: Antwort: ac3 playback - please help !!!

I have tried both - but "play-ac3" (without "-") just gives the usage of
play-ac3 :-)

But i alway put the commands in ' ' - so -a 'play-ac3 -'
Otherwise the "-" is not passed to play-ac3, but vdr tries to understand it
!

Is there a way with linux to determine which pipe is used - or can one pipe
directly into a process pid or something ?
I don't understand why it does not work, because "cat" does everything fine
....

Martin.
