[linux-dvb] DVBVideoLAN Version 0.02

Hi,

a new version of DVBVideoLAN is available at:

http://pulp.mine.nu/dvbvideolan

Changes:

- The SourceFilter is now less thirsty regarding processor power.
- Added some more checks for the GraphBuilder.
- Missing copyright infos and references to other projects added.
- Renamed to dvbvls (Linux) and dvbpl (Windows)

Hint: Try it first with channels broadcasted in 480x576.
