The drivers for the em8400 are mostly done, but we are under NDA and I
don't know what kind of release plans we have for them. If one of the
convergence PTB are on the list, maybe they can comment on that. I am
also not sure why SigmaDesigns doesn't want open source drivers. Their
firmware would still be closed and you can't deduce too much from the
driver sources.
