I compiled everything and seems to work ok. I can ping EON proxies for transponders 113, 114,115
but i don't know the exact settings for transponder 103.  Where do I set-up the decoding rate.

Does somebody have a config file in ntuxzap for transponder 103 and 
maybe if they have for other sattelite ISP on the other sattleties it will be fine.
