[linux-dvb] dvbd information

 I have collected all versions, revisions and patches that I could find
for dvbd and I have assembled a web page with them.

 You can find : revision history, downloads, documentation and bugs.

 The documentation page is new, posted today. Describes both dvbd2 and
dvbd3, their usage, testing and debugging info (learned the hard way).
