VDR. You will need a Dxr3 or Hollywood+ card (£15 from eBay).

In the UK, you can't - no analogue-style teletext is broadcast, and there are 
no viewers for the 
new interactive 'BBCi' style digital teletext yet.

You wait until 7pm when BBC THREE starts broadcasting, and then run the scan 
again - it will show the correct PIDs at that time =)

I'm quite sure it uses the same PIDs as CBBC or CBeebies...
