1) What units shoud FE_READ_SNR return? Are there any, or should it just be
0xffff is REALLY GOOD and 0 is REALLY BAD.
2) Same goes for FE_READ_SIGNAL_STRENGTH?
3) FE_READ_BER. Is this the BER before VITERBI, or after?
