Which version of "xawtv" are you using?

For me, latest "dvb-kernel" + xawtv 3.88 works.

(xawtv complains that it cannot get informations about the tuner when 
the input DVB is selected. But this is a bug in xawtv, because it does 
not honour the "I'm a camera input, and I don't have a tuner" bit.)

I've used 2.6.0-test1 with the patches from the "patches-2.6" directory 
successfully (using modutils 2.4.25, too).

Pleas post the error messages you get when you try to load the modules 
and your kernel configuration.
