[linux-dvb] Problems compiling

I receive the following error when I try to compile the dvb_kernel modules
into my 2.6.0-test9 kernel:

  WARNING: "dvb_dmx_swfilter_204" undefined in dvb-bt8xx.ko


Then I of course can't install that module, which is kinda critical as I
have an Avermedia board with the bt878 chip...

I downloaded the dvb_kernel from the cvs yesterday. Should I apply the 2.6
patch?

(it might well be that the solution to the problem is very simple, but I'm
quite new to compiling linux...)
