I can receive S41 without problems, the signal is quite good.
I added it to dvb-apps/util/scan/dvb-c/de-Berlin because it
seems not to be in the NIT on any of the other channels.

In VDR format:
Test S 41 D466 TP G4:466:M64:C:6900:1011:1012:0:1:50101:0:0:0
Test S41-2:466:M64:C:6900:1021:1022:0:0:50102:0:0:0
