[linux-dvb] TDA10046 - working now?

Hi,

just wanted to ask if the TDA10046 is working now - in the source code
as of linuxtv-dvb-1.1.1 support seems quite reasonable, however the last
mailing list entry states it does not work yet.
One thing I do not understand: firmware seems to be loaded in chunks,
which did _never_ work for me. (Using a "proprietary" driver - I have
to load the firmware in one piece, any break in between would make the
DSP crash.)
In case debugging is needed, I will try to help, however, I do not know
how long / from when on I will have a signal source to test... :)

(I do not have a supported DVB card with this tuner yet, but am using it
either as a TS source controlled from a parallel port interface under
linux or on a board with a multimedia processor running linux and
proprietary drivers)
