[linux-dvb] Problems with DVB-T TT budget 1300/TDA10045+TDM1316L

I am getting more and more trouble with my DVB-T TT budget 1300.
Every so often the card refuses to lock, typically after a
driver reload. Sometimes it happens one time out of 5, sometimes
it is 9 out of 10. This have happened occasionally before, but
now it happens quite frequently and sometimes I even have to
shut down the computer and let it be off for a few minutes to
make it work again.

I am still using the DVB driver since I am using kernel 2.4.20.
I have tried porting the (quite few) changes for the TDA10045
from the dvb-kernel frontend driver into the DVB driver to
no avail. I have also tried with different delays while loading
and different ways of setting up the frontend, and I have tried
disabling zigzaging.

Is there someone else out there that have seen similar
problems?
Does anyone have the specs for the TDA 10045 or the TDM1316L
tuner?
Does anyone know what the jumper on the card below the tuner
is for? It is in the disconnected position on my card.
