Sorry to get your hopes up, but unfortunately no. I'm guessing Francesco is 
talking about Sky in Italy, who currently use Mediaguard 7.0a (more commonly 
and incorrectly known as SECA2) ...

7.0a has a number of design weaknesses which means it's not terribly difficult 
to get all channels without subscription..

Of course, I could be wrong - indeed, I'd *like* to be wrong! :))
