Check the existence of the firmware file /usr/share/hotplug/tda1004x.fw

Normally this is /usr/share/hotplug/tda0014x.bin or .mc, it's crazy how
nobody seems to be able to decide what extension the firmware should have;
the latest source requires a .fw extension instead.
