I've been seeing this also, on a Hauppauge Nexus-S with a BSRU-6 (stv0299 
compatible) frontend. But on my setup, it's only triggered immediatly after 
loading the driver, after a short while everything is just fine. I belive 
it's caused by an I2C transfer timeout, but have not looked at it in any 
great detail yet. I also have a Typhoon DVB-S card, but I have not had it 
hooked up to the dish for a while now, trying to get in contact with the CI 
interface on it, so I have it in my desktop for testing. I could try to move 
it to my server and do some testing with the tuning later today (or 
something).
