[linux-dvb] Re: V-Stream DVB-T and linux

Hi Soyeb, Wolfram,

Yes.. the KWorld V-Stream PCI DVB-T card uses exactly the
same Samsung Tuner and Zarlink MT352 demodulator as the
Avermedia A771 PCI DVB-T card - I have both cards (but
no Linux box handy to test them as yet, unfortunately).

Regards,

Craig

According to Peter Urbanec the part number of the
tuner is TDTC9251DH01C which translates to:

not much to see, though, Here's the decoded info from
the part number:
TD = digital tuner
T  = terrestrial (guess what!! :) )
C  = 7.8 MHz switch
9  = DIN-jack antenna in
2  = symmetric saw filter
5  = 5V IF amp supply
1  = RF with loop-through
D  = Zarlink/Mitel demodulator
H  = horizontal mounted
01 = chassis series 87x37x12
C  = revision no. (presumeably rev.2)
