Well, I've rebuilt the modules and apps from the main distribution and from CVS and I'm no more closer to getting things working :'(
The card is a skystar II 2.6b

That looks good. The FlexCop is running and the PID-filters are
established. Now all you have to do is keep szap running *with the -r
switch* in one console while starting mplayer in another.
