Hi - you misunderstood slightly - I agree that the rev1.3 is 0x13c2:0x0000. 
The question I was asking was about the rev1.3 you've put as subsystem ID 
0x13c2:0x1002 above... I would have expected that card to be in the revision 
2.x range. I'm assuming all DVB-S fullfeatured rev1.x cards were 
0x13c2:0x0000 - so far everything has matched this except the one above. Can 
you confirm so I know if I'm right or wrong in that assumption?
