You might try sending an email to ecartis@linuxtv.org
with a subject of "unsubscribe linux-dvb". Do not send it to 
linux-dvb@linuxtv.org as that does not control list 
administration. You don't need anything in the message. 

This is important! Be sure to send it from your identity 
(email address) that the list uses when sending messages to 
you. If you send the message as the wrong identity, nothing 
will happen.

If this does not work try sending email to 
ecartis@linuxtv.org with a subject of "help". This should 
send an email with more information.
