The message sounds like that the sender did not know much about this 
topic (probably at the same grade as my english).
I think she told me the same she was answered by Pro Sieben.
Pro Sieben on the other hand must tell this, because the 
Landesmedienanstalt has a little bit control over the broadcasting station.
