[vdr] SVHS output on DVBs rev. 1.3 ?

Hello all,

please excuse my daring question -
can somebody help me with advice,
how to switch the J2-connector to CVBS_YC_OUT
on a Hauppauge DVBs rev 1.3 under Windows? 
(since it is possible under Linux and I rebuild
my connector to S-Video for much better quality 
but still dont won´t to loose 
compatibility to the Windows world)
