Just a thought:
  maybe it should be possible to define which cards are able to receive
  "Free To Air" mode and which not (in the case where one or more cards
  are not connected to the sat cable at all, e.g. a two-card system, where
  only the second card is connected and the primary card is only used for
  timeshifting & co.)
