This is not true.

I had an Technisat Skystar 2 DVB Card, this is no relabeled Technotrend 
Card, there is a B2C2 Chip on the Board, and it is not usable with the 
Linux Driver.
And the Pinnacle DVB Card, is also not designed by Technotrend, and it 
is also not usable.
