There is some security feature in newer vdrs. There were some threads 
about this issue some time ago.
I think it should be explained in the manual too.
I also remember that there was a diffrence between the loopback device 
and the machine adress.

--> insert your ip in the appropriate config file and try with this 
adress instead of 127.0.0.1 (or maybe insert this one)
