[vdr] setup menu - time items

Maybe it's a good idea if the setup items like

  EPG scan timeout
  Min. event timeout
  Min. user inactivity

and so on would get an additional "time format" string like

  EPG scan timeout (h)
  Min. event timeout (min)
  Min. user inactivity (min)

I know, this would require another modification of i18n.c, but maybe it's
worth doing this.
