[vdr] fonts, rebuilt

Hi, I've rebuilt fonts with:

OSDFONT = -adobe-helvetica-medium-r-normal--20-*-100-100-p-*-iso8859-1
FIXFONT = -adobe-courier-bold-r-normal--18-*-100-100-m-*-iso8859-1

and I must say now vdr looks MUCH smarter. Many new things are possible 
with menus.

(P.S. you'll need X to rebuild fonts, I send an attach with the files 
already built, just place them in vdr and make clean && make [options])
