[vdr] Editable String Patch

A new version of the Editable String Patch is available.
(e.g. Editing the file name of a timer)

http://www.linvdr.org/download/VDR-AIO/menu.diff7.bz2
(it's a patch based on the plain vdr-1.0.0)

It will be included in the next vdr release, so please test it.

New features:

Insert/Overwrite mode (switchable with the Green key)
upper/lower case letters switchable with the Red Key
Delete the current character with the Yellow key.

If the string is too long to fit onto the screen,
(currently it's just "if the string is longer than 30 chars")
  it looks like this:
This S[t]ring is a bit toooo long for <
    >s String is a bit toooo long for [t]h<
    > is a bit toooo long for the screen[ ]

The list of available characters (previously " aAbB...") was
  moved to i18n.c.

Removed features:
the '^' character and it's special handling are obsolete
  and were removed.

Notes:
For the special national letters (like Umlauts & Co) to work
properly, the environment variable LC_CTYPE has to be set to
  a corresponding value (e.g. export LC_CTYPE=de_DE) before
  starting vdr.

Have Fun!
