This looks to me like an "emergency exit" due to a broken video data stream.
However, there are no such messages here - are you using a reduced log level?

>From what I can see in your log I can't imagine that this should have
anything to do with the EPG bugfix level. Maybe this was just a coincinence.
Or can you reproduce the problems if you set the EPG bugfix level back to '2'?
