Hi Klaus,

i use my VDR pretty much and had this problem too. But it only 
occurs if I start KDE to read f.e. this mailinglist ;-). Unfor-
tunately I couldn't reproduce it, but it happens under SuSE 7.2,
7.3 and again with 8.0.

BTW, I never had this problem while using VDR bootet to console.
