yeah, you need a fan, but those coming with the Zalman CPU-coolers have an
adaptable resistor right away, so they can run @7V and get reaaaalllly
silent :-)
Have a look for Zalman FanMate, allowing free voltage adjustment for 1 fan.
Is available for ~EUR5,00 in Germany (iirc http://www.hardwareogge.de) and
all your fans get as silent as you want them.

Nice Andreas.

But you still need a heat exchanger which means :

- small heatsink with powerfull and prolly loud fan
- big heatsink (like zalmans) with silent fan
so.. we end up with a fan all the time.
But, the heatsink looks great and I'm going to test it
without fan.
