Another preview of then next Version of the Video CD patch is online
under

Changes were mainly done to improve pausing/jumping during replay:
Certain VCDs/SVCDs where video freezed and only audio continued after
pausing/jumping should play fine now. Slow motion should also work,
other trickmodes are still on the todo list ;-)

README.vcd added with further information.
