Must be a patched version, since the original dvbapi.c has only 2847 lines,
and the error message is printed in line 3058.

I assume the message comes from the DMX_SET_PES_FILTER ioctl() call in
cDvbApi::SetPid().

Is this message generated for a specific set of channels, or are all
channels doing this?

If it's just a small number of channels, can you post their channels.conf
lines?
