By European law it is/should be allowed to mount a dish even living in a
flat. Cause the program variaty of cable is as poor as fishing in a
toilet. Hmm, there's a very nice digital dish from TechniSat (47cm
flat-square style) - should be right and isn't as big as a normal dish.
Maybe some talk to your flat hirer could solve this situation.
