[vdr] Re: Video Disk Recorder version 1.0.2

Klaus.Schmidinger@cadsoft.de(Klaus Schmidinger) 05.05.02 15:04

Once upon a time Klaus Schmidinger shaped the electrons to say...

>The new version 1.0.2 of the Video Disk Recorder project
>is now available at

> ftp://ftp.cadsoft.de/pub/people/kls/vdr/vdr-1.0.2.tgz

Just updated from 1.0.0pre4 to 1.0.2

And did a "reboot":

Two times the vertical (random)color bars.
but then

Silence!

What did i miss?

Pressing RC i can switch the channels,(but still black image/silence)
the OSD is displayed with EPG infos
Recordings could be replayed

But the tuner is "dead"? (DVB-S V1.3)

until..... a recording starts, suddenly the primary cards works too.

Maybe the secondary card was tuned to the "wrong" polarization?
(Hm, i tried the new VDR version with a "killall vdr"
/etc/vdrstart start
The LNB-sharing patch is not included yet?
but the 1.0.1 seems to fit relatively smooth)

Redid a reboot:
Worked now
