Well my channel sorting programm might help. It reads in all the
channels from a channels.conf file, and then take a normal channels.conf
file as input and sorts all the channels found in the file it first read
in in the order of the channels.conf file.

That way you'll always have the newest settings, but leave your channel
ordering in-tact.
