The discussion is not easy - on one side you get 1000W/m*m electromagnetic 
radiotion of all frequencies from sun and on the other side milliwatts of 
radio frequencies - yet it is just not checked if there are no catalytic 
effects with lots of channels or very specific frequencies or just the nature 
of the signal (AM or FM modulation compared to CW) were only little power 
might effect the body.

On the other side - lot's of german soldiers in radar units have got 
cancers...
