[vdr] Sleep Timer Patch

Hi,

i wrote a patch for vdr-1.0.3 to include a sleep timer function.

How it works:
In configuration/miscellaneous there are two new items:
sleep timer active -> wether the timer is activated
sleep timer -> the time of the automatic shutdown in HH:MM format

When the sleep timer hits its time and it is activated, the normal
shutdown procedure is launched with confirming the shutdown, taking
active timers into account etc.
Previously the sleep timer gets deactivated (for not getting into an
loop if the user stops the shutdown confirmation).

Any questions, comments, suggestions etc. are welcome.

I've only included english and german translations - sorry,
i'm not that talented speaking diffrent languages ;)

1) for fresh installation of 1.0.3:
