Nevertheless, this is an updated channels.conf for cable reception: 

  ARD WM2002:410:h:0:6900:1001:0:104:0:28131
  ZDF WM2002:394:h:0:6900:1212:1222:130:0:28020

You'll find a test image and a nice 1kHz sound signal there.
