[vdr] Strange warning during dvb driver start

Hello,

during the start of the dvb drivers (suse 8.0, kernel 2.4.18
DVB driver 0.9.4-2002-05-20) I get the following warnings.

Warning: loading /lib/modules/misc/dvbdev.o will taint the kernel:
non-GPL license - LGPL
Warning: loading /lib/modules/misc/tuner.o will taint the kernel: no
license
Warning: loading /lib/modules/misc/saa7146_core.o will taint the kernel:
no license
Warning: loading /lib/modules/misc/saa7146_v4l.o will taint the kernel:
no license

In earlier versions of the driver, there were no warnings like this.
The driver is working. I just would like to habe a "clear" log without
this warnings.
